You know Battles Chasers has been cancelled for over a decade now but she's still around huh? I'm surprised they never tried to revive the series or at least the character and given her own comic since I bet she's the first one everyone thinks of from that comic.

Joe Mad doesnt really want it done. Not sure why he doesnt let someone else do it

you mean Joe Madureira, well yeah that is odd given all the trouble he had with the freaking issues, the longest wait was 16 months between two issues. The guy just couldn't keep to a deadline and I'm surprised Image or cliffhanger comics get the rights to just make more. I mean it's not like he's working on it anymore anyway.
