For those who don't know the character: Bulleteer was basically a trophy wife whose husband was a scientist (and frequented some of the weirder Internet adult sites, and in the DCU, weird is *weird*). He was obsessed with making them into superheroes, she wasn't all that interested, and he used a kind of nano liquid-metal that would give anyone with it strength, durability, that stuff...except for the first 15 minutes or so, it cut off all air. He died. She survived thanks to still wearing her wedding band.
...she's not much of a superheroine, yet, she tries but finds the whole scene way too kinky and freaky. She can't fly, indeed (or couldn't at first, it seems she's gotten some kind of flight ability later), her costume was made by her husband, it and the name were inspired by two Golden Age heroes (Bullet-Man and Bullet-Girl).
